Each copy is a single PDF file (sizes as shown); to download you probably need to "right-click" the relevant issue and choose "Save As" or similar.
A large issue (1.2 MB) will take about ten seconds to download over a 2 Mbps broadband connection and about five minutes to download over a "dial-up" connection.
